I have quite a few chronic health problems and this has been my go to vitamin. I'm on a lot of medication which can mess up my hair and skin and all that and it seems to have helped some. I take it regularly and I think it's helped me feel more energetic. I feel better taking a wholesome vitamin when my busy job often means I don't get to eat what I should, this helps to fill the gap. It doesn't bother me stomach. There's a minor taste to it but it's almost reminiscent of berry flavor, so it's not as bad as some vitamins taste wise. Size it tolerable, I'm not the best at swallowing pills but this is easy to handle. The ingredients list is good with the natural sources and Amazon always has it priced at a fair value for the money. This is a pretty good vitamin with no nasty aftertaste. I donate blood regularly and I have good iron levels since taking the vitamin. The magnesium level was ridiculously low though -- it's only 12% -- so I have to add on an additional separate magnesium supplement. Read more

I take this vitamin as a daily women's multivitamin. I have had no stomach issues with this multivitamin and tolerate it well. This is one of the few women's multivitamins that does not bother my stomach. I do also notice a bit more energy on this vitamin. I have been taking for a while now. I also feel less hungry when taking it strangely and don't overeat on it. Also, it includes the daily doses a women's needs in her multi including iron.
