Take 3 in the morning as well as vit a, B12, vit c along with this product. Works well for me. Another cheaper brand did not work well for my stomach but this product is perfect for me and I find it safe and helpful for neuropathy and body and joint pain. I wish I had found this regiment earlier. Little or no alcohol intake while building this up in the system really helps.
