I'm reordering this product for the fourth time. The overall saving I get from not having to see a dermatologist/other doctors for Rx medications, OTC products. tons of lotions, etc, for contact dermatitis, migraines, feeling fatigued and generally lousy due to chemicals in my home is AMAZING. No synthetic dyes, perfumes, detergents, anti-microbial agents (that make us and our planet sicker). Just good old-fashioned, natural clean. It cleans my dishes very well. Natural SOAPS v. detergents don't foam as much. We've been duped and lied to for three quarters of a century by petro-chemical detergent manufacturers that we must have suds! But all those suds are damaging our health and environment. I do all my cooking at home due to life-threatening food allergies so I do A LOT of dishes, pots, pans, utensils. I find this product economical to use with a spare micro-measure pump I got got with the 18x Soap Nuts Concentrate I use for laundry, general household and car cleaning. Read more

Works great on grease. Bought this because of great reviews but absolutely hate the smell. So mixed it with my favorite natural dish soap: Puracy natural dish soap also sold by Amazon, that has tea tree and lemon and voila now have my own great dish soap that works wonders and smells great! The soap nut dish soap by itself is very concentrated and is excellent for pots and pans though..but I am picky on scents.. Read more

I've been using this for washing my baby bottles. This leaves no dulling residue and leaves our glass bottles crystal clear. This has no fragrance added and has a pleasing very mild natural smell. I absolutely love the fact that it has no synthetic detergents, fragrances or other dangerous chemicals. The product is extremely effective, safe and a pleasure to use. I should add that I use this as the only soap to bathe my four-month old baby who has eczema and can't use anything that contains synthetic detergents. I find that this cleanser is even less drying that pure castille soap (which is the only other thing safe to use if you want to avoid synthetic detergents because of eczema)... UPDATE: Still use this dish soap daily for my baby bottles. But for washing her eczema prone, super sensitive skin, I now use the DeVita Aloe Vera Facial Wash. It has a heavenly smell and is also 100% free of synthetic detergents and any synthetic chemicals. It is made with extract of soap bark as the surface active agent (the natural version of synthetic detergents/ surface active agents/ surfactants). Read more

on a different web site. Much cheaper and I can make my own shampoo, clothes washing soap and so forth. This product does very few sinks of dishes for the money. Read more

I really wanted to like this. I'm no stranger to the no suds thing, so not seeing bubbles doesn't make me nervous. However, using this soap, it never seemed like my dishes were actually clean unless I used A LOT. My dishes frequently felt greasy, so I'd just start using more until the grease would go away. Cleaning your normal cereal dish was fine, but any heavy duty cleaning was just out of the question. Again, I love natural products and am more than willing to use a little extra elbow grease to compensate if needed, but using 1/4 or a bottle defeats the ultra concentrated, "green" aspect of this product. This soap just did not work for me. I have sensitive skin and thought that this product would be easier on my hands. The product is thin and not concentrated as stated in the description. It also smells funny--kind of like alcohol that has gone bad. Think about how whiskey or rum would smell if you left it out all night--that's how this smells to me. I did not notice it being any more concentrated than the Planet brand dish soap I normally use, and it did not cut grease as well as my usual brand. I was completely unimpressed by this product, and I felt it was a waste of my money. Read more

I like the product a lot. It is a TON easier on my hands. I don't know that it cuts grease as well as the mainstream stuff, but I vastly prefer it if it means less damage to my hands. It also has a very pleasant smell. Read more

This is the most elegant dish soap I have ever used and I'm retirement age. Not uber sudsy but you won't care. You don't need much and as I consider it a bit pricey that's good but the washing experience is sooo worth it. Elegant describes it well. Almost without scent yet your dishes sparkle with a soft, clean sheen. Lovelier than any commercial mainstream I've purchased. Your hands feel wonderful. If the water isn't to dirty I'll save it to use throughout the day. Very impressive. Read more
