I’m honestly impressed with this vibration plate. It’s sturdy, well-made, and super easy to use right out of the box. I love that it doesn’t take up much space but still feels really solid when you’re on it — no wobbling or cheap vibration feeling. The different speed settings make it easy to customize depending on whether I’m warming up, using it for recovery, or doing a quick workout. I’ve already noticed how great it feels for circulation and muscle loosening, especially after long days or workouts. The remote is a nice bonus, setup was quick, and it arrived fast and well packaged. Overall, it feels like a quality piece of equipment that I’ll actually use consistently. Great piece of equipment. Vibrations take a minute to get used to (especially doing planks) but my core has never been tighter (after just 2 weeks). Easy to do resistance band exercises while using, doubling your efforts. Highly recommend this product. Read more
I have been a weightlifter for years as well as a cardio freak. This Vibratone has really added to my workouts, particularly my legs, but I also use it for core (planks), chest and arms (pushups especially). I feel as though it is a great addition to the end of my workouts. If you need an extra oomph to your workouts I highly recommend the Vibratone. Plus, it’s very solid and well put together. Absolutely Terrible! I returned it in less than 24 hours! I opened the package set everything up and turned it on it immediately shut off. I repeated the same process numerous times before I realized the cord that came with the unit (and the box was sealed) was incorrect. The cord had a plug end that went into the recessed base of the unit but the cord pug was too long and bottomed out before it fully seated into the base of the unit. There was nothing wrong with the unit I just had to wiggle the plug for it to stay on. Apparently who ever they resourced the cord out to (probably China) didn’t include the proper length plug, as it bottomed out before it recessed fully, but neither did Nautilus check that they were sending out the worn part with the unit. I purchased this immediately based on the TV commercial knowing the name Nautilus for many years synonymous with quality!! I guess that no longer is true. I’ve had mine a week. I do like and do think it wil help with circulation The plug in at machine (vibrates ,i think) lose so it loses power. Other then that I feel good addition to my workouts Read more
Just got this so I haven't had much time to use it. It is solid built and my neighbor recommended it to me and swears by it. I'm 78 and my balance isn't great, but I hope this will help with that and will help get my muscles stronger. Read more
Love the product but unfortunately the plug will not stay attached to the unit itself. I had read another review stating the same thing before purchasing but ignored it. The plug falls out almost immediately & often right in mid use. Very frustrating, annoying & disappointing. I've let too much time pass to return (my fault). I have replaced it with a lifepro Vibration Plate & have not encountered any issues at all. Read more
