I love mixing this with almond milk, a bit of strawberry protein powder, and vanilla extract (in a Ninja blender). It is reminiscent of a drink I used to order at a very expensive coffee chain. Tastes great hot or cold. It doesn't mix very well if simply stirred, when using a whisk, or when using one of those little battery-powered tea or coffee stirrers, so I opt to blend it with almond milk in my blender. It comes out absolutely perfect when mixed in a blender with almond milk, water, & many other liquids. FYI, this is the same consistency as many other matcha green tea powders- it is not a latte mix that is super easy to just spoon stir nor does it come with sugar in the package. Gives me a steady stream of energy for the day. I don't drink coffee at all anymore since I have found that this is a much better alternative for me. Read more
