Very wet
I had bought this product before in a different flavor/taste and it was nice and thick. This was very watery and had an overpowering scent. I would not buy it again. Read more
Not Good Quality
Apparently this order was "fulfilled by Amazon" but the seller was "Carbon Beauty." I know this lip balm very well and it is one of the few that really helps my chronically dry lips. You can see in the pictures of the Amazon listing how liquid-y the product looks. That is how it is supposed to look. What I received from, apparently, "Carbon Beauty" was dry, clay-like, and unusable. It is particularly concerning that the hotlink at the top of the listing is "visit NCLA store." So I thought I was ordering from NCLA. If the product is unadulterated or otherwise not ruined (by storage issues, etc.), it is fantastic. This, from CARBON BEAUTY, was returned. 0/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND CARBON BEAUTY. Read more

Disappointing. Photos are misleading.
Will never buy again. Rip off at $16. The photos for the product show the container full. Mine arrived and it was half empty (see photo) The balm smells like Watermelon Bubblicious Gum. However it tastes like chemicals. This is more a lip gloss than a lip balm. It’s on the oily side. The containers look larger in the photographs but are smaller than expected. Size reference to small hand sanitizer bottle in photograph Don’t waste your money. I’ll be sticking to Treat Beauty balms head on out. Read more
I’m not sure this was real or it was possibly old.
I already on the watermelon flavor of this lip balm, and the texture is totally different. When I received this, it was very watery. It did not seem like it was real. Read more
