Apparently this order was "fulfilled by Amazon" but the seller was "Carbon Beauty." I know this lip balm very well and it is one of the few that really helps my chronically dry lips. You can see in the pictures of the Amazon listing how liquid-y the product looks. That is how it is supposed to look. What I received from, apparently, "Carbon Beauty" was dry, clay-like, and unusable. It is particularly concerning that the hotlink at the top of the listing is "visit NCLA store." So I thought I was ordering from NCLA. If the product is unadulterated or otherwise not ruined (by storage issues, etc.), it is fantastic. However it tastes like chemicals. This is more a lip gloss than a lip balm. It’s on the oily side. The containers look larger in the photographs but are smaller than expected.
