I’ve been using this neck and shoulder massager for a couple of weeks now, mostly at night after work when my shoulders are tight. It definitely gives a deep massage, much stronger than I expected at first. The kneading motion feels firm and slow, not buzzy or vibrating, which I like. On my shoulders and upper back it does a good job of loosening things up. I also tried it on my calves and lower back and it worked fine there too, but shoulders are where it shines. The heat actually gets warm enough to matter. It doesn’t take long to heat up, and combined with the massage it helps relax sore muscles pretty quickly. I usually turn the heat on for the first half of a session and then leave it off toward the end. I really like that it’s cordless. I can use it on the couch or in bed without dealing with a cord. Battery life has been fine so far — I charge it every 3-5 uses. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is the intensity. Even on the lower setting, it can feel strong on the neck if you’re sensitive. I found it works best when I control the pressure with my arms instead of letting it sit heavy on my neck. Overall, this is a solid massager if you want real pressure and heat, not just vibration. I’d recommend it for shoulder and upper back tension, just not for anyone who wants a very gentle massage. After reading more reviews than I care to mention and looking at close to 40 different products I can safely say that I am super happy to have chosen this one. The massage is firm but not painful, the heat function works better than expected, the battery life is fantastic-be aware it does automatically switch off after approx 15mins so just switch it back on if you want longer. I like that you change the direction of rotation and the speed. I’ve only been using it for a month but it seems to be well built and durable, great quality and an awesome price.
