The straps mode of wear is shoulder back style or hand pull style. The device is comfortable to wear. It is easy to use with the remote built into the strap. The device will run for 10 minutes. The massage is so nice. I enjoyed it a lot. Definitely can't recommend this massager enough! There are three modes. The first default mode is inward followed by outward. The second mode rotates outward continuously while the third mode rotates continuously. There is also two different intensity modes! One is the low intensity and the other is high intesity. I honestly love this neck massager. The kneading feels deep and actually gets into the tight spots in my neck and shoulders. The heat feature is super relaxing and makes it feel like a real massage. It does heat up when I pressed the button, and it makes the massage even better! I get a knot in my left trapezius muscle (probably from stress and too much time at a computer) that is really painful, and massaging it at first does not feel good at all. But after a few minutes of using this neck and shoulder massager, the pain starts to decrease and eventually seems to disappear! You do have to be attentive and get it situated properly so it doesn’t hurt you because it’s not in the right spot. I like that it can be hands-free by using the straps to attach it to your body. It is rechargeable, so there aren’t any annoying power cords in the way. It has 4 control buttons: the on/off; one to control the “mode” (how the massager is kneading); one for the heat; and one for the degree of intensity. I do wish the manual had been printed better; it seems to be in GRAY ink rather than black? And in a very small font. I know companies try to keep the manual size down, but I had to get my magnifying glass to read this one because the font was so small and color not dark enough. For function and what you buy it for, though, this neck and shoulder massager is a good value and can help relieve stress and neck/shoulder pain. Read more
What's better than a shoulder/upper back massage after a long day?! Unfortunately I can't afford to pay a professional masseuse to renew my shoulders every time I feel tight. What I can afford though is this neck and shoulder massager! And I can use it as much as I want without any additional cost. OK, sure it's not the same as a professional, but it does feel great. And it gets into my traps and actually helps loosen them up. So for me it offers a great value. Of course, it's got the features too, like heat and adjustable levels of intensity.
