works well but seems to pinch hard and brush the skin and maybe even some burns . i got a skin burn and a brush where the hands met up in my back didn't bother my husband but if you have sensitive skin i don't recommend also it doesn't stay in place the whole time need to adjust at times. Love this creepy little massager. The fingers look weird, but work! Only a few complaints… The straps aren’t as great as other massagers advertised. The straps on this massager has a small portion of fabric and the rest is elastic. It makes it hard to grab hold of to move and apply more pressure. It is a bit bulky so moving it into the right position if using it on your back or lower back can be challenging. It flips over and is hard to position because of the straps. I find the best way to get maximum full pressure is to use it while leaning against a chair or couch. The elastic straps make it hard to get good tension to pull it tight.
