This is JUST the thing for cold necks!! It's snug, but not suffocating (I do have a narrow neck). Pulls on easily over the head. Super soft fleece lining (the knitted exterior is NOT as soft as I thought, but not an issue, since I roll it down a bit). Lifesaver for the subzero temps this winter!!! Read more
