I originally bought this in Sept. 2020 and have been using it ever since. I love it. Mixing up this clay hair remover takes some trial and error. You will want it to be thick enough to cover hair from root to tip. DO NOT make it watery. It will not work as well. I'd say not dry but not wet wet either. It has to stay moist. The scent is minty to me, nothing harsh smelling at all. The more I used it (right around every 2-3 weeks) the slower the hair grew back. Like others said, the bag is not full or even close to full which is really unfortunate if you want to use this on larger areas such as your legs. I mainly used it on my underarms and bikini area so it lasted longer for me. Sometimes I used it on my tummy hair as well (probably not recommended but I did spot test) and I didn't have any irritation or issues. If you use this Roots and Herbs hair remover in the right way it should work for you. More product in the bag would be cool but not a big deal for me since it works so well. Read more

Super super sensitive skin and this works!!!! I tried it on my leg to test it out and I am shocked at how well this works. I have a hard time shaving (shoulder injury) so my hair gets long. I wanted something that I could use that wasn't a (electric) razor, wax, or nair. I have incredibly sensitive skin (I have dermatographia which is in remission currently thank god). Some tips: Do as the bag instructs!!! Make it a "toothpaste consistency", and do not let it get dry. Stay in an area that's easy to clean - this stuff flakes all over when it does get dry. The reason to be careful of that, is bc this stuff STIIIINKS to high heaven, so try not to get it all over your house/apt. The smell dissipated a few hrs later, no biggie. I haven't tried it in more sensitive areas yet, & would be extremely cautious to put this on my face (I've literally & figuratively been burned before). I was pleasantly surprised by how well this product worked. When it comes to my bikini area, I've tried shaving, sugar waxing, and regular depilatories like Nair and Veet. I always preferred the depilatories (left me with little to no ingrown hair) but I didn't like the idea of putting chemicals down there. I'm so glad I decided to search for a natural alternative. I'm on my 2nd bag now. Works very well. Smells like mint in my opinion. I initially had my doubts because my hair is extremely course, but this product worked well! And it's all natural. I love this product I've already ordered it 2x and will definitely continue to order it! The concept is just like the other hair removal creams on the market like Nair/veet etc & it also has a similar smells to the type of creams as well but the herbs & natural ingredients make the smell a little less intense. This is my routine when using the product: I use a mini skin set that comes with a bowl,a spatula, and a brush, I use a little bit of water to mix the product with my spatula (has to look similar toothpaste), apply the product in a downward motion with the brush, I leave the product on for 17 to 20 mins, and I use disposal cotton facial towels to remove the mess because i don't want to mess up my good towels lol. Terrible product. Doesn’t really get rid of hair, only a small amount if you follow the instructions on the package. I ended up trying to keep it on a little longer than the time they advised and the results were the same, little to no hair came off. I wouldn’t waste your money on this. Read more
