These are perfect for me . I didn't want a heavy/thermal shirt. These are perfect for wearing around the house, an extra layer under your flannel shirt with out crowding your sleeves. I normally order Tall size, But the XL fits perfectly. They are longer too, great for tucking in your pants without coming out in the back. the tag says 95% cotton and 5% spandex, very soft.
