I received this set recently and I am still in the process of deciding whether I really like it or not. I’ve had other non-cotton, reusable ear, cleaners, that I preferred. The problem with those is that the ends were soft and flexible, so the little rubber hairs on it would break off in my ear. This set seems much more durable, but with that said it is also much stiffer with little give. I find that they may be a little big for people with smaller ear holes and I find them not as comfortable as previous reusable ear cleaners that I’ve used. I also had an issue where everything inside my box was wet due to leakage of the eardrops. Since they are plastic, they were easy to rinse off. I contacted the company instead of returning the set and they offered to replace the eardrops free of charge. I have not received the eardrops yet, but hope that they will arrive soon. The reason for the 4 stars is that I feel this product could work well for someone with the proper sized ear openings and the fact that the company was very polite and responsive. Read more
