I'm a mom. I just lost nearly 90 pounds. And I went from working full remote to 5 days a week in the office this month. So naturally, I'm on the hunt for quick, comfortable, and flattering clothes I can wear both to the office and to after school activities. So when I had the chance to try this sweater, I had high hopes for it. It hasn't disappointed! First and foremost, this fabric is SO SOFT. It almost feels like cashmere (almost). It launders like a dream and showed no signs of fading when washed on delicate. The sleeves hit me perfectly just above the elbow, covering my upper arms, which is a big must for my post-weight loss body. The neckline is high but not uncomfortable, and I don't feel like it is restrictive or choking. It keeps me modest while showing off my new shape. The only downside is it does wrinkle easily. Nothing a quick hit with my hand steamer or wrinkle release spray doesn't help, but I have purposely left it as-is in my photo to show you what it looked like straight out of my drawer and onto my body. It also shows the outline of anything raised underneath, such as a bra or pant button, so you may want to wear a tank underneath to smooth. It isn't very warm, but is perfect for a cool but not cold day. The stitching is solid without hanging strings, and there was no unpleasant odor. This is the softest sweater I have had in quite a while. As soon as I opened the package I couldn’t wait to try it on. It is soft and stretchy and feel good on my skin. The color is as expected. It seems to be well constructed, it’s more of a style issue for me. There is a lot of shirring where the sleeves meet the shoulder. I already have broader shoulders so, on me, it is very reminiscent of shoulder pads from the 1980s. Aside from the shoulders, I absolutely love this sweater. The sleeves on this top are very stylish and the mock turtleneck is just the right height. It’s very comfortable. I do wish I had sized up. It was very tight across the chest and the material was very thin. You definitely need to wear your good bra when wearing this top. The sweater also shed. By the end of the day I had a lot of cream colored fuzz on my black pants. Read more

I'm reviewing the black. I'm guessing all colors fit the same but I know once in a while they don't. I am a large and bought a large in this shirt and it fit perfectly. Plenty of room. If you are between sizes I would still suggest going up, especially if you have a lighter color. It will still be flattering but won't hug you at all. It's very soft and not too thin or thick. Easy to move in and not hot. I had no issues with pilling etc so far. For the price you cannot beat it. It looks great with jeans, a skirt, pants (especially the black paired with black faux leather). You can dress it up or down, and you can put a jacket over it. I really like this sweater. The fabric is so soft. The fit is really nice, although I did size up. The neck band is a bit on the loose side and rather low for a mock internal neck. Love the fit and the fabric! A great basic black sweater will have multiple uses Read more
