This chair was a breeze to put together and is very comfortable to sit in. The instructions were very clear on the steps to get it together, as well as it had the tools and hardware you needed to get the job done. Parts fit where they were supposed to, and it took me all of 15 minutes to go from in the box to sitting in it in front of my desk. This was the easiest piece of furniture to put together I've ever done and I've done my fair share. The char is very comfortable to sit in as I said, and I love it already. My old chair broke and i was using a keyboard bench in front of my computer desk, which was ok, but it sucked not having a back to lean against. This chair feels good on my back and my cheeks. I love that the arms swivel up. so that if I'm making music or something that requires a lot of turning to the sides, etc, I can just lift them up and get them out of the way. The whole chair feels well made and sturdy, and it's rated to support up to 300lbs, so unless I really let myself go, it should last me for a good while lol. This chair is priced well and is a good buy in my opinion. The back doesn't lean back, but I prefer that. I want to be up, alert and focused on what I'm doing at my desk in my chair. I don't think I'll be falling asleep accidentally in this chair too quick, so to me it's a plus. It's still comfortable and exactly fit my needs. 5 stars all around! Read more

I came across a similar chair on TikTok, but I’m glad I went with this one! It’s a much better value for the quality. The PU material feels smooth and comfortable, the high back gives great support, and the flip-up armrests make it super easy to tuck under my desk. Assembly was quick, and the chair looks sleek and modern in my office. Really happy with this purchase! Read more

Edit/update- the seat of the chair is 100% uncomfortable after about 6 months. I tend to wear jeans most days and the dye transfers to the light colored material. You can see the outline of the springs in the seat which shows the cushioning is not good. The rest of the chair is still comfortable except the seat which has caused some tailbone sensitivity. This is disappointing as the chair looks great and feels comfortable except for the seat area now. I bought an office chair at the beginning of the pandemic in 2020. I got a reasonably priced one as I was in denial about how dang long we'd be working from home. We returned to the office so I didn't use that one as much anymore. And then, our offices flooded. Ugh. We are back to working from home until all the work is done. Started having back problems from that "denial chair". Bought a chair pad but that didn't help. I knew I needed a new chair but didn't want to spend a fortune on it. THIS! WOW! This chair is a night and day difference! It arrived a day later than expected but not a biggie. Super easy to put together! They provided all the tools and bits needed in a blister pack instead of little baggies. They even had a section for "extras" just in case. One feature I really like about this is that the arm rests can fold up so you can easily slide the chair in so it isn't sticking out from your desk. I feel like my posture is better with this chair and then realized how bad my other chair was compared to this. The only issue I had was that one of the arms was scuffed up on the silver piece--it's on the right side which you really can't see with how my WFH office is set up. If I ever needed to, I could touch it up with a silver Sharpie. If you're on the hunt for a reasonably priced office chair that is comfortable, easy to put together, glides with ease and is aesthetically pleasing... this is the one for you! Read more

I am so pleased with this chair. I’ve had my eye on it for a while but finally bit the bullet and purchased it. Totally worth the money! I opened the box and everything was so well organized, so there was no confusion on which part goes where or what it was for. The bolts were also in a pack that was labeled, which is my favorite thing in the world. The back height and overall chair height is perfect for me. I haven’t tested the other heights but immediately after assembly I was able to go right up to my desk and I was at a comfortable height. The cushion is firm but comfortable, which leads me to believe that the more I use it the more comfy it’ll become. I feel supported well in my back, which was the issue I had with my last desk chair. So I do appreciate the high back and lumbar support. It’s very sturdy. Once it’s assembled properly there’s no wiggling or loose bits. Overall, packaged amazingly, assembled easily in 30~ minutes, and worth the pretty penny! I’ve also gotten a lot of compliments from my students! Read more

This is our second chair ordered from Neo brand and this is another great chair. Quality is very good and it fits my body contour when sitting down, feeling very comfortable. Cushion is very thick and firm compared to other brands and feels like it will last for years. Great brand. Read more

"You get what you paid for." It is a cheap $89 USD chair. This will be my 3rd chair I've assembled for home office of 10 years. It was nicely packed inside, however, the box was not properly taped secured. I know I will be buying another chair within a year or 2. I am expecting it as I work 40hrs a week. This one started as a problem already: the wheels do not snap in. They fall off. I've tried hammering them inside and applied pressure. When I used a flash light to check the base, there is no locking mechanism or design that would help the wheel snap onto place. This defect defeats the purpose of this chair. It is now a useless chair, unless, you use hard plastic sliding pads, which I may have to use. Even if you replace the wheels, the base does not have snap-in mechanism or design. I am not returning it, but if it becomes uncomfortable to maneuver, it's going to the trash. Read more
