These people really know how to make an excellent sublingual. It is so delightful to place one under your tongue and especially when you forget about it and a few minutes goes by and your tongue moves or adjusts in your mouth. And all of that flavor is released in a cute little blast of the most delightful Berry flavor. I feel lucky to have rather fell into the opportunity to try this particular biotin, as most of them I have ever used have been a simple tablet but from now on I will go the extra mile and find the sublingual opportunity. Pretty good
I'm not entirely certain why this exists in fast-dissolve form, but I don't have any trouble taking pills. For anyone who does, this seems to be a very good option for this particular supplement. The value is there. The pill does dissolve pretty fast, but I find myself chewing it more often than not. It does not taste like vitamins or medicine at all, so if I did have a need for the fast-dissolve formula, I would be very pleased with this. I won't say that "it's not for me," but I would just as soon swallow a pill and be done with it. Now, whether or not it is actually effective remains to be seen, but I have had zero ill effects, and I know from taking this kind of supplement previously, it can take some time to see noticeable results.
