Tasty and Easy to Take, but the Bottle Runs Out Fast
I picked up these NeoCell Multi Collagen Bio Peptides Gummies because I already use powdered collagen and wanted something I could take on days when I skip my usual routine. The gummies have a pleasant fruity taste that leans more berry-tropical than truly tropical, and the texture is soft enough to chew without sticking to your teeth. They also did not upset my stomach, which has happened with a few powdered supplements in the past. What I really like is that the formula includes several types of collagen from different sources. It feels like a more well rounded approach. I have not used them long enough to say much about visible skin changes, but I have noticed that my knees feel a bit less stiff on days I remember to take them, which is a nice bonus. They also make it easy to stay consistent since they feel more like a small treat than a supplement. My only complaint is the serving size. Three gummies a day means the bottle lasts only about twenty days. For the price, I wish it were a full month. Even so, these are convenient, taste good, and are a solid option if you prefer gummies over powders or pills.
