My daughter runs cross country and started to complain of minor pain in her heel after long runs. Her coaches suggested I buy some supportive insole to replace the awful and practically non-existence soles in her running shoes. We bought these insoles, and continued to ice her heel and run short distances, and within 3 days her pain was gone. I'm completely convinced that these insoles made all the difference. I've since done a little research and it seems that children's arches do not fully form for awhile, and supportive insoles and very important. Most children's sneakers/tennis shoes offer zero arch support. I am so pleased with these soles that I bought a second pair for my younger daughter (she also runs). Read more

These inserts seem to be constructed of quality materials, however, I was disappointed in the way they were shipped. They were in a flimsy shipping envelope and folded in half so that the foam material that makes up the bottom of the insoles seems permanently creased. You can feel and see the creases from the top where your foot rests. I was also disappointed that the arch was not higher. This isn't the fault of the manufacturer. They just seemed higher in the product photos than they actually are. I was hoping these could act as substitutes for the custom orthotics in my son's athletic shoes so we didn't have to keep moving the custom ones out of his everyday shoes. **UPDATE: My son has been wearing these for a few weeks now in his school shoes and I have to say they absolutely reek. He grew so we had to buy new school shoes and I put these inserts in while we waited for the new custom orthotics to come in. The old custom ones have been in his shoes for six months and there is little to no odor at all but you can smell these inserts from a few feet away. These seem to have a fabric top while the custom ones have a neoprene like material where the foots rests. I probably won't be buying these again. Read more

These KidSole SPORT soles were recommended for my son after a visit to the children's hospital. My son was constantly complaining about pain in the heel and in the ball of his foot. The pediatrician told us it was severs disease and both of her children had it from playing basketball. She recommended these soles for him. We swapped out the thin soles in his baseball cleats with these SPORT soles by KidSole, and the aches & pains went away. He's had them for about 2 weeks now and they are holding up very well despite the dirt and sweat from the practices. I highly recommend them even if your child doesn't play a sport. The company is very attentive and makes sure that if your not satisfied with them that they will gladly accept the returns. Read more

These fit in my sons crocs perfectly! His sneakers are another story, he has thick feet and loosening laces a lot has helped but he feels he has to go up a shoe size for the inserts to work, but then I'm afraid the length won't work. Have to try to find a bit wider or taller shoe so his feet feel supported and not squished. But the inserts themselves are great and he never complains about them. Much cheaper than orthotics and I can afford a pair for every pair of shoes! Read more

These work great but I do need to order up a bit to make sure it's long enough to go all the way to the toe. I lay it on the insole from the shoe, trace, trim with regular scissors. They have good arch support! Read more

My daughter has had feet pain since she was a baby. I remember her crying in her crib as she kept kicking her feet. The pain never went away and we have seen specialist after specialist. She had custom orthotics made, chiro, physical therapy, neurologist, orthopedist. The only thing that helped were these orthotics. We have tried other brands, custom brands but these are the ones that took the feet pain away. If it helps, she has flat feet and stiff ankles. They may not work for everyone but they worked for her. Likes: They are comfortable. They function as they should. I really like the colors. They have a great range of sizes. These insoles are not very slippery but there is a little bit of slipperiness. They are very easy to cut to fit since there are lines to help cut them exactly right. Dislikes: They don’t have much of an arch so it don’t have much arch support. The size runs a little small so it is good to go up a size. The lines to help direct the cut causes the insole to be very narrow if you follow the exact line. They are much thinner than I expected. I can definitely tell a difference in how my son walks and his general stance since putting these in about two weeks ago. Without them he still has flat feet but hopefully with the continuous wear of them, they will help correct his feet. He says walking and running is much more comfortable now and that his feet and knees don't hurt like they used to when he wasn't wearing them. Great product to buy if your children suffer from flat feet and I highly recommend them. Read more
