A White Light 💡 in the FPS game world
Ridiculous as the dialogue was if you wish to see it as such, it was forgiven by way of Gameplay! Neon White definitely shines and hopefully there’s a sequel coming! Read more
Good Game, Poor Release
First off the game itself is excellent and extremely unique as it's a deck based FPS platformer that incentivizes speedrunning. There are also extremely cringy lite visual novel sections fleshing out character relationships and the story. It's interesting but the writing is %#&$!€@ insufferable but LUCKILY they can be skipped entirely which I highly suggest. Now the actual bad part and why this rating is so low. The physical release is borked. There is a giant Unity watermark that sits on the corner of the screen and it means this version of the game is incorrect and effectively is running on a trial version of Unity. I bring this up because it's extremely sloppy not to mention a big no-no for OLED owners where text like that can be a concern for burn it. I will update the review if it's patched but as of now this is unsatisfactory and not a good perservation of an excellent game at an decent price. Read more
