perfect for stroke victim training
Perfect weight for starting to build arm strength back. After suffering a stroke with my right-side arm/hand being affected, these not only helps me with being able to sit and left my arm above my head, bend my wrist, and grasp with the right hand. It seems like such a small amount of weight would not help, but like teaching a child a new skill, stroke victims with damage have to train that part of effected area from the beginning.
