I’m so HAPPY with my purchase!! it’s a great machine for a beginner, it’s very simple to use. the coffee is awesome. it’s true in the instructions you have to find a good quality, grind texture, and type of coffee that you like for it to taste good. Adding flavoring and different syrups to taste how you want it. You can remove the drip to fit a full cup underneath to put your espresso in. It tastes better pouring my espresso shot over ice or milk can help it not taste burnt. Following the instruction book made my coffee taste turn out good. The noise of the machine is quiet. Just WOW! This little machine is a real bargain and makes a very decent shot. I use it every morning now. I waited a month or so before writing a review coz I wanted to see how it performed first. I can say I have been pleasantly surprised by this little cutie and my initial skepticism has faded. It's not a "prosumer" machine but for home it's well worth the money and easy to use. I found I get a better shot if I run an empty portafilter first to heat things up...the portfilter doesn't heat like on many more expensive machines so just run some hot water through it and boom! And for frothing milk don't forget to purge the steam wand into an empty cup first! I love it and just hope it shows some durability and longevity...so far it seems solid, no issues. It's tiny but mighty! My only 'complaint', if you could call it that, is that the top is made of plastic so it doesn't heat up if you have cups or utensils on top. It should be metal IMO. It comes with everything you need to become your own barista at home and is easy to set up and use. The espresso is extracted wonderfully. I'm surprised by how compact and lightweight it is. So far, very good for the price but follow all instructions carefully. This is a new company, much f the design copied from a similarly priced De Longhi model, but while that one only lasted me 5 months (just like an earlier version) before the motor broke down, hopefully this will last longer. It is well-designed, even better than its competitor and very easy to use. Pay no attention to the "bars" on the dial, which according to experts on the net is merely decorative. It heats water to the perfect temperature, though you may considering priming it before every use (I do not and find that it works fine). The two side prongs on the portafilter are a very unique idea an help to produce excellent crema, which is thick and rich and lonng-lasting (yes, you really can taste the difference). The silly little coffee filter thing that fits around the rim of the portafilter is unnecessary. So far my only complaint is that it is difficult to fit a tall capuccino glass (such as De Longhi makes) under the portafilter, even with the tray removed. If you use such a glass, do it gently or it will break. Regular coffee cups also work well for a two-cup shot, which I prefer. The machine is easy to clean and use. By far our favorite espresso maker. It looks so sleek and clean and saves a lot of counter space. The grinder is definitely needed to go with this coffee maker to ensure a perfect pour. We tried local coffee shops to grind it for us but it was never exact enough. Highly recommend this as well as the grinder! Read more

This product sucks! or should i say the company selling it does. It stopped making steam after two months of use which i use three times a week. i followed all the tips on cleaning and maintenance but still no steam and told me to bad. i guess i'll by a better one Read more
