Perfect brew for my home Nespresso machine, this is one of my favorites. It is too expensive though, so I only drink this a couple of times a week when I want a little luxury. If the price point was lower, I would drink it every day. It is good that I can get this here on Amazon because none of my local markets carry it. Read more
First of all, I’ve ordered these capsules numerous times. Both from Amazon and straight from Nespresso. And from both places I’ve received capsules with writing on the top and some with just the Nespresso N mark. Things are updated constantly in manufacturing process. They are both the same. I read some of these bad reviews making false statements and it is just misleading. First of all, each capsule makes a specific amount. IE. 1.35, 2.7, 5, 7.77, 14, and 18 ounce sizes that my “Vertuo Next” machine makes. (Older machines are more limited). If your inserting a 5 oz. capsule and only getting a shot of coffee, then I’d check your machine out. Or if you have something that resembles brown water with no cream on top then I’d check your machine out. These are not what Nespresso machines NORMALLY should make. And I can add that the shipping time from Nespresso IS NOT the same speed as Amazon. It’s taking 5 or more BUSINESS days from the manufacture. Even when I paid for expedited shipping, it still showed up several days late. Most of the time I will get these in 1-2 days from Amazon. Any day, not just business days. I will tell you though you will have more selections from straight from Nespresso and the prices are mostly the same. So if you don’t mind the wait then go that route. And I believe shipping is free after $35 or more from Nespresso. I’ve found it a few times cheaper on Amazon. And many times I’ve found them more expensive on Amazon. That’s why I personally use both. The capsules are not cheap to start with and if you do receive bad or damaged capsules, which is aggravating, send them back. Like I sad, they are not cheap. And one more point, Nespresso has a customer service chat or phone line if you happen to have any questions. I’ve used it and did not wait forever and they were helpful. If your just assuming then don’t just write a bad review, get your facts straight before damaging someone reputation. One review didn’t have the proper machine and tried to make coffee some other way with them and then leaves a bad review. Really!!!! Read more
