Great addition to straight bar. Works great. Read more
Love these. I've been using a lat bar for low cable rows. It's been causing a little pain in one of my elbows. That movement is so much more comfortable with these. They enable me to get a couple more quality reps without concern that I'm damaging something. They are very sturdy and comfortable. Read more
I snagged these because while I do have a hex bar for deadlifts, I was intrigued by the idea of a neutral grip using just my barbell to achieve a similar action. One thing i did notice right away was that one of the handles seemed "tighter" than the other when slipping them over the barbell to get them into place. One catches on the bar because the opening is so narrow. the other clears it no problem. There doesn't seem to be any real defects, so it's like a few mm difference. With some weight on there, they're definitely stable and don't seem like they'll be snapping or anything, but DO BE AWARE that these, at least from what i can tell, are completely hollow. They're metal, which is great, but the actual knurled handle you're holding is empty. This is a LITTLE bit of a red flag for me as far as trying to clear some real numbers on a deadlift. Still, the listing says EACH handle can hold up to 800lb, so doing the math there, unless you're lifting 1600 pounds at one time you should be fine. A 400-500lb deadlift should in theory, not give rise to any snapping. I haven't experienced any flex to these just yet, but until i'm more sure of what these are capable of, i'm gonna leave this at 4 stars. All that being said, if you're not using these for particularly heavy movements, like barbell rows, or using them to do neutral grip pull ups or something of that nature, these will be more than adequate, so no worries for things like that. It's really just the heavier things i'm skeptical about. I WILL update this review upon further testing. Read more

These are sturdy, well designed, and worked perfect for eliminating elbow pain during reverse grip chin ups! Read more
This design is a dupe of another leading brand which I own so hard for me not to compare. I have both Swissies V2 and fin shaped V2 Max which I love but did nt have 45s. .I had modifiers to convert them to 45 deg grip which I hate so ordered these only for convenience. Overall decent product incl. materials , craftmenship and knurling pretty close but specs are not exact these are somewhat smaller and weigh lesser. Besides some finishing and odor concern. Again overall durablity time will tell but these work fine. In all honesty , by itself these are good ergonmic grips but in comparison to leading brand these felt pricey. Read more
Awesome! I love these. I like doing barbell shrugs and these grips add a different feeling and angle. They handled 250 lbs no problem. I also use them for pull ups to add variety. They work great and highly recommend! Read more
So far so good. I put these on my Titan T-3 pull up bar for some grip variation. If you take the rubber off of the inside of the these they’ll fit perfectly around the bar. You’ll have to encourage them the first time to get them on the bar with the awkward angle but it’ll work. I wrapped mine with bike grip foam for better grip. Read more
