I purchased this for an upcoming Cancun trip. While it is technically beach / coral safe, Mexico has a different requirement for reef safe, and I'm not 100% certain this product meets all criteria. On the plus side, I did wear it during some very sunny days when the UV index was 11 (yes, that's a thing) and it did protect me from getting burnt. Very nice product.
