Great lotion for those suffering from dry, cracked skin. Dermatologist recommended over the counter hand cream. Very nice consistency. Not too thick like Vaseline, but thicker than normal creams. It works very well during winter when hands get extremely dry and also from frequent dishwashing. It is a bit sticky, but that makes sense for how concentrated it is and how harsh the conditions can be. It really helps with healing dry, rough skin. I originally ordered this hoping to use it as a face cream. I have super sensitive, fungal acne prone, super dry skin. Not surprisingly... this product broke me out by day 3. BUT I did accidentally discover that it's the best make up primer I've ever used. I now use this twice a week when I want my make up to turn out really well and my skin has stayed clear. If you don't have super sensitive skin, I definitely recommend this product as your everyday make up primer. It's also very hydrating so if you don't have super sensitive skin but do have very dry skin, you may also enjoy using this as a face cream. Read more

This is one of the best hand creams I've ever used. I can only wear it at night or when I'm inactive as it is somewhat thick and greasy and stays on my hands for a while. If I use it regularly the difference on the top of my hands and my cuticles is noticeably better. I use it primarily in the winter when the air is so dry. Read more
I have used the Neutrogena hand cream for years. It is the best ever for dry, cracked skin. I've had some really deep cracks in the sides of my index fingers that cleared up in a week with the Neutrogena. Because it is a very thick cream and "sticks" so well, you only need a small dab. That means the tube lasts a long time -- so even though it looks expensive initially, you get much greater value from this than from many other, thinner lotions or creams. If you have problems with dry, cracked, skin, the Neutrogena may be the solution to your problem. Read more
Great product! Was mad at first because the description reads cream, but it appeared more like a clear ointment and I was driving, thought it would be messy. It wasn't absorbs into your skin like a cream, helped my cracked finger tips. Good stuff. Read more
