These acne patches are the thinnest I've ever used, which is great, because they're less noticeable to see and to feel. They blend in pretty well with my pale skin. I don't really feel the smaller ones, and the bigger ones feel like a lightweight bandaid. My only complaint is that these have a very strong adhesive. They stay on great, but they hurt when pulling them off (especially the large ones), and even rip out some of my peach fuzz hairs. They work great on acne that's at the surface of the skin. If it's a deeper pimple, these may not do anything. If I put one on at night, then the next morning my pimple will still appear red, but it will be much flatter than before, and you can see the gunk that the patch pulled out. The larger size is good for if you're prone to getting patches of acne. Otherwise, all you need are the individual dots for single pimples. Read more

I have tried these blemish spot removers throughout the years with mixed results, and this is just another case of it sort of doing something, but not really. Many of these hydrocolloidal blemish patches claim that they work like magic, but the type of blemish and pimple you have to have is very specific. I tried this with a lot of skepticism, and I cannot say that I am impressed. I placed a small blemish patch on a pimple that was really just starting to rear its ugly little head, but hadn't surfaced yet. I left it on for 8 hours and when I took it off, there was a little bit of evidence on the patch that it had done something, but hardly anything. I ask you to please refer to (and forgive) the pictures of it on my face and what it looked like after it came off. There is a little bit of oil or something that came from the pimple, but hardly anything. I will say that I will continue to use these because while it may not do anything, it certainly isn't hurting anything and I may as well take the chance. Read more

I like the larger size of these patches, compared to the small dots that are more common. The adhesive is super strong. I actually take a pair of cuticle scissors and trim these so that I can use them in more than one area. Be careful when you remove these, follow the instructions, and do not try to just pull straight off the skin, as the stickiness it too strong. You have to stretch the patch, and as it stretches it pulls away from the skin. I use these patches overnight, and I really feel like it does help to draw some of the fluid out of my blemished areas. I wasn't really expecting much from these. However, I got a terrible hard bump on my forehead and I needed a quick fix. I am 38 and teach high school so I knew that I would be mercilessly picked on for it. I applied this on my forehead (my husband never even noticed it). It stayed put all night.
