I’ve been using the Neutrogena Ultra Sheer Moisturizing Face Serum for a few weeks now, and I absolutely love it! It provides great sun protection with SPF 60 while keeping my skin moisturized all day. The texture is light and absorbs quickly without feeling greasy, and it doesn’t leave any white residue, which is a huge plus. I also love that it’s fragrance-free, making it perfect for my sensitive skin. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable sunscreen that’s both moisturizing and effective. Read more

My skin is sensitive, allergic, and exzematous in many places, but most especially on the face. And I live in SW Florida, where the sun shines almost every day. It's beautiful! But disastrous for my skin. I've tried many, many facial sunscreens: mostly CeraVe, LaRoche-Posay, and lately, Neutrogena. This is the best. The ultra-sheer weight is exactly that, perfect for sensitive skin and warm climates. Much better than the closest CeraVe competitor, the 30 SPF lightweight face moisturizer, and far far better than any of their facial sunscreen creams. The LaRoche-Posay 60 and 100 SPF facial sunscreens are closer in quality but not as good and so much more expensive. This is my new daily use sunscreen, year round. I'm grateful to have found it. I get facials due to my rosacea and she recommended that I wear sunscreen 365 24/7 when I’m outdoors! No matter the weather. She recommended I get this brand as it’s sheer and non greasy. She said it’s also a great primer for my makeup. So far so good. I live in Oregon and the weather can change at anytime. It’s not greasy at all, is very easy to apply. It’s appropriate for travel as well and is a great price! I will definitely be purchasing again. Read more

This is a good sunscreen formula. It is easy to apply, leaves a natural to dewy finish, and layers pretty well with makeup. I do notice a little bit of gathering of foundation around my nose crevices though. After imitate application it does not bother my eyes, but after sweating, it really stings. Read more

Love it. Light weight, and works well. I put it on every day where I expect to be outside when the sun is up. (That sounds weird, but I am a very pale, generally nocturnal person.) It allows me to keep my vampire-like complexion even when I spend an hour in the garden every day. I haven't gotten a sunburn on a normal use day in years. I'm generally very sensitive to smells, so I buy the fragrance free one. It has a slight scent of sunscreen, but I notice no added smell. It is very slight and has never bothered me. Read more

It feels like a decent sunscreen. It does feel viscous and thick and you do feel it on your face once applied, but it doesn't leave a white cast like others might. It does feel more like a sunscreen than a moisturizer, so I'm not sure how hydrating this might be for certain skin types. I like that it's a travel friendly lockable pump bottle. It barely has any scent. I've yet to find the perfect sunscreen for my face but I feel like this one does a decent job. Read more

I don’t ever write reviews but wanted to say something to warn others. I’ve been using other sunscreens on my face everyday for years and have never had any issues with my face or eyes burning from a product. I don’t have sensitive skin at all and don’t have to worry about things like this. When I used this product on my face, I noticed that as the day progressed my eyes were burning very badly to the point where I could hardly even open them. It was completely unbearable. My eyelids were red and swollen at the end of the day (after I realized what was causing this issue) and after rinsing, my eyes were still irritated the next day. I noticed my face also was stinging a little bit as if I were sunburned. I never got the product in my eyes just applied it around my eye area (as I always do). I tried it again about a week later and avoided my eye area entirely thinking it would solve the issue but my eyes were still burning. I really like the formula of this sunscreen, it’s super lightweight, leaves no white cast or pilling, makes my skin look glowy, and makeup goes on smoothly over top. It’s a bummer it causes so much irritation for me. If Neutrogena could figure out a way to re-formulate so the stinging wouldn’t be an issue, I'd continue to use it. I’ve resorted to using it on my chest and shoulders so it doesn’t go to waste. Read more
