These shoes are great. They are comfortable and stylish. My only complaint is I didn't think the laces were quite long enough making them difficult to tie into a bow. Problem was easily solved by ordering new laces I a longer length. I bought these shoes to replace my old New Balance 1123s. The New Balance 1540v3 is a great shoe! My issue is with the delivery! It wasn't delivered to my address, but a new construction home without an address! I drove around my neighborhood & found it! Why did you pick this product vs others?: I’ve been wearing new balance for years, but this pair rubs my the skin off my foot…only my right foot. I wish I had returned them immediately after that discovery, but now 5 days after return window. I’ve worn them a few times, but with a Band-Aid to protect skin. I purchased these shoes for the roll-bar which not many new balance have anymore. They are not cushioned like my other new balances but hard making my knees ache. Be sure to try them before purchasing. Read more

I love this shoe, but the laces are too short for my wife foot. I tried to buy new laces, but can I only get white. There is no point in buying this beautiful colored shoe if I cannot wear the matching shoe lace. I will buy this again in the muted color so I can match the laces. Bummed Read more
