Steve was a great help to ensure I get the correct size, going so far as to telling me to message him after ordering to make sure that I get the right size that I requested. Apart from the excellent customer service, the shoes actually came a day earlier than projected (even though I paid for express shipping). The shoes came in perfect condition and fit me perfectly as well. No damage on the shoes and even didn't have damage on the box itself.
