Just OK quality pill organizer for everyday use. Keeps your pills or other knick knacks organized in a reusable case. The lid does not secure super tight, so I worry about that being an issue overall. But since I use it just at home, from a drawer, it's not an issue for me. Not sure I would take it on a trip/travel due to that issue. Easy to use but all compartments are under one lid. Overall, it's OK, but may be other options out there depending on your needs. Oooh, I like this a lot. I don't use this for my weekly pills, but instead for my "Keep in my bag in case of emergency" pills. Things like tylenol, gas-x, charcoal, ginger.... Which means that I'm not always replacing the pills with new ones every week, and that it can be very easy to overlook something like "too much atmospheric humidity" and its effects on medications I haven't used in 3 months. But this - this thing is TIGHT. After months of use, no swollen pills, no weird residue, no leaks or cracks. As I said, I keep it in my bag - a bag specifically designed to hold a water bottle while also looking "nice". It's very rectangular and vertical, and this med pack is, well, rectangular, but not vertical. I've attached a picture of what it looks like in this bag so that you can get an idea of how it fits. It's deep in the bag (but nearly everything is, and I have a little thing that goes on top for "quick access" items, but that's not relevant to this item), and the loop at the end makes it easy to grab when I need it. As a pill box there are THREE deficiencies. 1) compartments are not marked, 2) compartments are not individually accessible (open top and ALL are exposed) nor are the bottoms rounded like most pill cases to enable easy removal of your meds, and 3) the top does not fasten in a secure manner. I would worry that it might open in a suitcase, etc and spill the contents. This is the second case shipped to us. The first arrived and the top had no "catch" to hold the top in place. None! The only way to secure the lid would have been to wrap it with a couple of rubber bands. The only fitting use for this case would be for earrings or other small piece of jewelry if you could live with an insecure top (see #3 above). I was immediately impressed by how solid this pill box felt. The walls are thick and the catch of the lid is secure when closed, even though it's easy to open. I was skeptical of how much such a small container would hold and was then pleasantly surprised. I was able to easily fit 3 regular size pills and 1 supplement size capsule in each well with plenty of room to spare. That said, I'd still recommend this size pill organizer to someone with mostly regular pills to take rather than a lot of bulky supplement capsules or gummies. It would certainly hold an average week's worth of pills for me with no problem. You can choose to treat it as a weekly organizer, making each day for a different selection, or you can fill each well with a certain type of pill to choose from, which is better if you have meds you only sometimes need. There aren't any labels, so you might want to use tape and a sharpie to help you remember what is what! I got this for my kid to use when he travels, and it's the perfect size for him since he's young and doesn't need to take as much medicine! I think he'll be pleased with the quality construction and the convenience. It's easily portable and I feel confident that pills will be safe inside from moisture or spills. Read more

If you carry medicine or small items in your bag/purse/suitcase, this is a must-buy! It's a strong, plastic container with a silicone ring which keeps the items in the case water resistant (water will gather in the outer ring, but the silicone barrier easily pops out to dry and clean). The divider walls also go all the way to the top so you won't have medicine slipping from one well into another and the lid clicks shut with a satisfying snap so you know it's closed. There's also a loop on one corner to add the box to a key ring or clip into a bag for easy access. The case is about the size of an adult hand, so it's not overly large but the wells are nicely sized with three larger ones in the top row and four smaller ones on the bottom. The case is a pleasing, smooth and sturdy plastic and comes in several colors, including a fun sunny yellow. I will buy a few more for family members because this is so useful for so many things. I have this to replace a more flimsy pill case that is constantly opening up in my bag. Read more

Pretty disappointed with my choice and currently shopping for a different option. The spaces are small, and the bases of each compartment have no curve, so it is hard to get the medication out without turning the entire organizer over. Unfortunately, doing this also means you risk spilling all the others out. Read more
