It has plastic snaps, which I prefer to metal since I think the plastic holds together better. The color is as expected. The sizing is on the larger end, especially for height. I really like this outfit and always get lots of compliments when my son wears it! It has a nice material that doesn’t shrink in the wash and is a really good size. However, you can see his diapers through the material in the back when he wears a printed diapers.
