I have never had an Insta pot or a pressure cooker before. I have been finding new recipes and it’s been so fun. I can have dinner made so fast and it’s hot and yummy and the meat is tender. I’m so glad I finally got one. I love all the other options on it for cooking different things different ways. Excellent pressure cooker and slow cooker. I had a farberware for years until it bit the dust. This is very cool all digital. Made a Mississippi mud roast on low and slow for 8 hrs and meat was so tender. This is a very big cooker so be prepared to have room to store it. Read more

It’s easy to fall in love with this cooker, safe, easy, cooks in half the time and I don’t have to stand there and watch, stir, or do anything once I lock the lid down. I’ve only cooked Red Beans in it twice, my seasoning meat was so delicious and intact . I used more liquid ( water/chicken broth) the 2nd time and cooked a little longer and they were perfect!!!
