Happy with them so far. Nice and bright, changing colors constantly. I haven't paid attention to how long they stay light, but I like em so far. For now, I am removing them before using the sprinklers, just to be safe. UPDATE AUG 27 - I've only had em two months and one of them has quit working. Cheap CHI-crap. UPDATE Nov 3 - most of them have quit working. Don't waste your money! Made the mistake of buying another 2 sets - didnt realize they would both be connected to this review. These are great lights and very bright. My only disappointment is that the light is more upward shining and doesn’t glow much around the base. From the pictures, it looks like it shines along the base and makes a nice glow effect to the pathway. Read more
This company is top-notch in every respect, beginning with their efficient customer service if you have a problem or concern. I strongly recommend them. In my box one of the stakes was broken and I contacted them not knowing what I could do. They answered my query the very next day and we were able to resolve the issue without any issue. I have written to them with other questions and they have always gotten right back to me. I have not been able to fully install my solar ground lights yet because of an illness, but I have showed them to several of my neighbors were excited about them. I believe that as soon as they see how mine look once fully installed they will also purchase because the product is really nice and lights up the yard so nicely, but also because I have told them about the people who own or manage this company. I cannot say enough positive things about them. They really are efficient, communicative, and kind. They see a issue that needs addressing and they come toward it (instead of running away from it like so many businesses now seem to do.) They are trustworthy. You cannot do better than finding trustworthy business people who will try to seek a good outcome. In me, this business now has a customer for life. We put these along the edge of our front yard at Christmas. They lay flat to the ground and worked all through the holiday season. They were easy to install. They stayed lit all night. I want to buy another set this year to add to these. They looked great in front of our cute blowups. Read more
I purchased these lights on July 2nd 2023. Today is October 21st 2023. Most of them no longer work properly (all they do is flash rapidly and the light can barely be seen), and the ones that do still work are now very dim and don't even stay on for two hours even with more than eight hours of direct sunlight. It really is a shame, because the lights when they did work were quite beautiful. The problem is that these lights are sealed and the batteries are NOT replaceable. For what these lights cost I would think that they would last for longer than three and a half months. Even though these lights are nice, I would have to recommend against buying them because you CANNOT replace the batteries. UPDATE: Seller offered to refund money, then changed their mind after I agreed to refund and said the refund offer was sent in error. According to other feedback I have read from others, they have a habit of doing this. They then asked me to take pictures of the items to see if the lenses on the lights were faded and dingy which could cause charging problems, and suggested that I may NOT have placed the lights properly. First of all, I literally have hundreds of solar lights around my yard, deck, etc. I DO know how to properly place the lights for proper sunlight exposure. Secondly, if the lenses are faded and dingy after just over three months, then obviously these lights are garbage. After rescinding their refund offer and stating that it was sent in error, they said they could send replacements. I already purchased two of these sets of eight lights each. I'd say the chances of receiving a better product after buying a total of sixteen of these lights would be slim to NONE for sure. I already received GARBAGE! Why would I want to be sent more GARBAGE! If I wanted more garbage, I would just go next door and pull a garbage sack out of my neighbors garbage can!! DO NOT BUY THESE LIGHTS OR ANYTHING ELSE FROM THIS SELLER! WHAT THEY ARE SELLING IS GARBAGE AND THEY DON'T STAND BEHIND THEIR PRODUCTS EVEN AFTER SAYING THEY WILL!! I bought these and they work great, for the most part. One of the lights is defective and no longer charges. You can't return just one, and I've already made the lights a part of my landscaping. Having one light out makes the setup look shabby. I wish there was a way to get a single replacement. Read more
