Sticks to my hair, cord gets tangled just terrible - grabbed this -with high expectations considering the larger price tag and WOW!!! Just wow! It surpasses all of my expectations! Feels solid and sleek in your hands and curls beautifully. Slides perfectly through your hair without snagging or pulling. My daughter had this same curler. She has had it over a year and it still works great! After I borrowed hers and saw how flawless it made my curls, I knew this one was for me! I highly recommend it. I initially gave this a 5 star in December of 2024. Fast forward to February of 2025, just THREE MONTHS! Every time I plug it in I get an error message and it does not heat up. I have not used a curling iron since the 1980’s and thought I might give it a try again. I was very pleased with my purchase. It was easy to use and adjust the temperature to my hair texture. I haven't had this for long, but it has a lot of great features. The tip is easy to hold and is ergonomic. The iron itself is sort of non-stick and easy on hair. The temperature control that shows the actual temperature, and also shows when it is off, is great, as is the auto shut off. I love it! Also shipped promptly and arrived on time. Read more

This is a great curling iron. It heats up fast, has temperature dial in handle, comfortable to use. This iron curls perfect, it's not round like all others, its actually oval shape.... maybe that's why it does a great job. In fact buying another for my sister. Read more
