My daughter had this same curler. She has had it over a year and it still works great! After I borrowed hers and saw how flawless it made my curls, I knew this one was for me! I highly recommend it. I initially gave this a 5 star in December of 2024. Fast forward to February of 2025, just THREE MONTHS! Every time I plug it in I get an error message and it does not heat up. I haven't had this for long, but it has a lot of great features. The tip is easy to hold and is ergonomic. The iron itself is sort of non-stick and easy on hair.
