I've seen the painting. Wasn't sure how accurate, detailed & clear it would be. It's beautiful. It doesn't put off a lot of light as a night light. It's focused on the art work & they did an excellent job of illuminating every bit of it. Love the rich colors. No dark spots or outline of a bulb. Well done. Sorry if the pics aren't clear, not a photographer. Would love to have an 24×36 done that could be charged. Read more
These nightlights are spectacular, absolutely charming and solidly made. I bought one for my daughter's nursery when she was a baby, a painting of Renoir's garden at Giverny, and she and I were enchanted by it every night. I lost it when we moved and only recently tried to find a replacement, which turned out to be harder than I thought. When I finally found Night Light Design, I was thrilled with their extensive Old Masters selection. How many beautiful night lights should one person buy? The seller provided excellent communication and great customer service, which I really appreciated. I bought four Old Masters night lights, three with incandescent bulbs and one with an LED bulb. I was worried the LED bulb would cast a cool light, but it doesn't. I'm planning to switch the other three incandescent bulbs for LED replacements because they generate no heat so I won't worry about leaving these tiny artworks glowing all day. The sharpness and colour intensity is wonderful, the photo I'm posting doesn't do it justice. This one, Edward Hughes "Midsummer Eve", casts such a golden light. I'm enchanted all over again!
