I am the epitome of an over packer. I saw these and figured what the heck I will try it and see if it helps allow me to pack in a carryon versus a checked bag. These did allow me to pack at least another 2 days' work of clothes in by carryon. They were sturdy and so far, have held up better than expected even though I have stuffed them to its MAX capacity. Packed for a 21 day trip to Europe with only a small carry on with the help of these. Kept clothes organized and compressed helped me to move quicker with locating. Note: it helps if you take item out night prior to wearing and hang in bathroom before showering to steam out wrinkles. Read more

This is a nice set with several different sizes. I have two or three other sets that are not "compression" bags such as these are advertised. They do not really compress, the zipper just pulls the edges together, but the center mass is not reduced. I honestly prefer the standard packing cubes since the edges are deeper. Had this set for just over a year and they are going strong. I prefer compression to regular packing cubes because I have the ability to compress a cube if I want to or not. If you don't fill up a cube, you can compress it and eliminate wasted space. Comes in handy because with cubes you can pack them on their sides, not just flat, to get the best arrangement for space you need. Read more
