I bought a few of these pork tenderloins at under $5 and couldn’t believe the price for the quality. So the $11 they are now makes more sense! They’re good quality, decently lean with little fattiness to trim. The size is pretty good, I would say one tenderloin is adequate for 2 people. To achieve maximum tenderness and the quickest dinner, let it come up to room temp for 15 mins, dry and trim it to your liking, cover it in your seasoning of choice, preheat your oven to 440-450F, sear in an oven safe pan on all sides, and then bake in the oven for 15 mins.
