I really like these boots. They are exactly what I was looking for. I bought the brown suede. They feel well made and stylish. I am giving the 4 versus 5 stars because of f sizing. I always wear an 8, but based on the reviews, I bought them in an 8.5. Alas, they felt big so I bought an 8. I am still debating which to keep. The 8 feels tight; the 8.5 feels big. Ultimately, I think I will go with the 8 but the difference between the two sizes is quite stark. Updated: I kept the 8 and really like them. The sizing challenge for me is in the shaft; it is very narrow and a little constricting when seated. That said, I wanted a narrow shaft so …. After a few wears I do think they have stretched out a little and the boots are comfortable. Spent all day mostly standing in them without problem. Read more

This is a great wardrobe staple from Nine West. A classic black pointy toe booty with a moderately chunky heel to pair with all your fall and winter attire. The leather quality is great, nice and soft, with perfect stitching. They feel expensive to me. It feels like a wardrobe addition that will last a long time. I pair them under baggy jeans or with tights/leggings like the millennial I am. I typically wear a size 8.5-9.0, and the size 8.5 was perfect for me. These booties are supportive and stable, which is important for me because I have a leg injury that makes many heels difficult. The non slip bottom is perfect. These elegant suede ankle boots can be dressed up or dressed down. Perfect with jeans or accompanying skirts and dressier outfits. They have a pointed toe and about a 3 inch block heel also wrapped in suede. They fit true to size. I am a size 10 wide and these pull across the instep, but will be perfect for my size 10 sister. Highly recommend treating them with suede conditioner. Read more

What is not to love about a pair of black ankle booties? The heel feels a bit higher than 2.5". They are easy to get on and off thanks to the zipper. I feel like the taper on the heel combined with the pointed toe gives a bit of a western vibe, but the heel is covered with the same leather as the boot and the tip of the toe isn't squared off, saving it from full on cowboy vibes. A block heel would have miitigated that, but is also a bit clunky and the taper looks a bit more feminine. I find these fairly comfortable and easy to wear, though they don't have the best grip on the bottom and can be a bit slippery if you aren't careful, especially when new, before the sole gets a better grip. Beautiful booties! Love them . I have a narrow foot . I feel like this boot is great for thin ankles and narrow feet . Hugs my ankles perfect also very comfortable. The hill isn’t very high. Great booties. I came of age pre-booties, and so I always struggle to style an outfit right when I am wearing them. That said, I am hopeful for these because they are comfy, fit true-to-size, and are kinda sexy. They have a heel, but it is not ridiculous or hard to walk in. Comfy Nine West fit.
