The fryer works well. I like the nice large cooking area in the basket and how easy it is to clean. The internal tray slides in and out very easily. The temperature and timer buttons are easy to use. There are no confusing symbols you have to decipher to use the fryer. it was a great deal as I got it refurbished - if that is the right term. There are a lot of no name air fryers and Ninja cookware just works as intended. Read more

I love this air fryer. It’s easy to use and easy to clean. It doesn’t make as much noise as my last one did and I feel that it is more effective in creating crispy and delicious food. The size is just right for my counter and the aesthetic is great. I especially love the dehydration feature bc I am love to dehydrate fruit for snacks! Read more
When I bought this and turned it on there was a pretty bad plasticy smell. I did some research and can now use it without ruining food. It also works very well in general and is easy to use. Here's what I did: Cook half vinegar and half lemon juice mixture, 6-8 oz of each, for 15 minutes at 370°. I used a small glass dish. Wash then cook any greasy food. I used a solid food, a chicken leg and wings I was okay with not eating. It's 50/50 if they'll taste good at this point. If this doesn't work repeat the second step another time. We did this and we now cook the most amazing low salt fries without an overpowering after taste. Good luck and I hope this helps! Read more
