What a wonderful surprise that this item arrived FLAT! I thought we'd need to use bricks to hold it down after unrolling it and waste days to make it flat. This is a good quality floor protection mat. We placed it on carpet. And the teeth on the reverse side allows it to lay flat and is non slip. The thickness is perfect, it is not a trip hazard. Does not curl due to the thickness and it has beveled edges. Read more
Purchased this one after the first one, made of Polycarbonate, cracked within 30 days. The other Amazon seller just ignored my review. Stay away from Polycarbonate! The Ninja is made of PET which is the same material 2 liter soda bottles are made of, which is strong and durable. I would highly recommend the Ninja PET chair mat if you are using it on pile carpet. Very sturdy material. It's not flimsy. Perfect size for 36" desk and 30" opening where person should sit. Long enough to roll back as an adult without going over the designated plastic area. Grips on run well where it doesn't move. Would buy it again if I get another desk. Read more
