First off in the refurbished oven there was no instructions, nothing. I found the pdf files online and they’re very basic but include explanations of the functions. I am finding longer cooking times are needed for some things than the instructions OR the presets suggest. Also this oven is a bit short height wise. Not a good convection oven for yeast breads. Muffins would be okay but my springform cake pans are too tall. I make sourdough toast often and I have to set it at the maximum darkness plus add a minute or more to the timer once it’s started. It’s simple to add time while cooking is in progress by just turning the knob. Took several mornings to get ITV’s morning down. I made a margarita pizza two days in a row and I figured out that the best thing to do is pre bake your crust halfway on a pan and then top and finish on the rack because the bottom heat seems a little weak. Depending on which mode you’re using the bottom and top heating elements and the fan settings are different. The pizzas were pretty good and using premade dough I can have a fresh pizza in about 25 minutes! I did some giant panko prawns from scratch in the air fryer mode with sweet potato fries with good results, very crunchy breading outside and moist prawns inside were excellent. So far everything is cleaning up well. Enamel nonstick pan must be kept clean, don’t scrub with anything that will scratch it. If you put some soapy hot water and a tablespoon of white vinegar and let it soak for 20 minutes or so all the grease and sugars that caramelizes clean up easily. Read more

When I hear a product being raved about, I tend to be a bit skeptical. When I purchased the Ninja Foodi Digital Air Fry Oven, I expected it to be of good quality. My expectations were surpassed by a mile. This thing is incredible. It's well-made and versatile. It's easy to use and clean-up is fairly easy. The most important thing is what comes out of it. Perfect toast, perfect pork chops, perfect chicken, perfect frozen fries, and much more. The taste, texture, and warmth of the food is so much better than I expected. I wish I'd bought it sooner. I purchased this after downsized from a house to an apartment. I use it, daily, for anything from air frying homemade potato chips, carrot chips, eggplant, to regular toast, to baking cookies. I do not eat meat, so I am not sure how it works for cooking any sort of meats. I love this little oven. It heats up quickly and saves so much energy. I can bake a dozen cookies, broil nachos, so much more. It is easy to clean by pulling out the bottom tray and then the backside "crumb catcher. One of the prongs on the wire rack has broken off, but I flipped it to the back and "catches" periodically. I love how it flips up to save precious counter space and cleaning. The footprint of this item is larger than I expected. I have an efficiency kitchen and thought it would work well but is wider than I expected. The cooking area inside is not very high. You would be hard pressed to put anything thicker than a chicken breast inside. No instruction booklet or cooking chart was included. I do not like the flip looks of the function. It does cook very well, and I like all the settings. Read more
