These are exceptionally well made knives and super sharp right out of the box. I don't use them in the dishwasher even though they say dishwasher safe. I clean them by hand and put them away immediately. So far no water spots and no rusting. They have a good weight and counter balance. They are a bit expensive, but they are worth every penny. Excellent variety of knives. It even includes a filet knife! If you see them on sale don't pass them up. Read more
