This is a pretty handy item. There's not much to it, so there's nothing much that can go wrong. It's well built and seems very durable and sturdy. It's just a nice clean way to dispose of your coffee pucks. I gave this as a gift to my brother and sister-in-law for Christmas and we've already put it to good use the past few days. It works well, and since they do their own gardening and composting, this is a nice spot to collect the coffee separate from other refuse so it can be taken out and put into the compost heap. I bought this to go with my brand new ninja four in one espresso machine. It is very well-made. The bar across the middle comes out easily by simply giving it a turn and pulling it out. It’s very easy to clean overall. I was hoping it would be small enough to sit on top of the coffee machine and underneath the kitchen cabinet but it’s too tall so it sits right next to it on the right hand side. No big deal. If you plan on making a lot of coffee drinks at a time this is the perfect accessory. For one or two coffee drinks I would probably just dump the ground in the trash directly. We love our Ninja espresso 700 series. Didn’t know what to do with the puck other than knocking it against the counter. Saw this Ninja knock box and decided to buy it rather than buy a knock-off version. I will say that this addition to our Ninja espresso machine is perfect. As they said decades ago to denote quality, this knock box is as solid as Sears!
