I LOVE my Ninja Speedi.I live in the South It’s HOT. Cooking on a stovetop or in an oven makes it unbearable. This is my first countertop cooking appliance. I am THRILLED to have it. I am older and gun shy to pressure cookers. I LOVE being able to lift the lid to check on things. It cooks delicious full meals with NO added heat in the house, few pots and pans, (if any) and in less time. There are so many options. I am having fun learning the ins and outs of cooking with it. The air fryer is amazing. Switching from one method to another is super easy! A flip of a switch and a change to temp/time settings. I baked a chocolate cake that was very moist and dangerously delicious. The 6 quart is PERFECT for my husband and I. We usually have leftovers when I make a Speedi Meal. The app for the meal builder is very helpful for finding a recipe on the fly. My Speedi lives on my counter in my small kitchen. I GLADLY give up the space to have this Ninja in my kitchen. I can't even begin to tell you how much I love this rapid cooker from Ninja. I have their outdoor woodfire grill, and the outdoor woodfire oven, so when I was able to purchase this I almost didn't thinking the last thing I needed was another kitchen appliance. I am SO GLAD I went for the purchase! This cooker is so different that the others I mentioned as it truly is capable of cooking an all in one meal for myself and my husband as well as our family when they come for dinner. I was a bit nervous with learning how to use this because of all the different settings, but it is really easy. I did go on YouTube to watch how to use it and then I watched many of the cooks make different meals, so that is really helpful. There is also a great app that Ninja offers where you just add your base, protein, veggies, spices, etc... and it formulates a recipe with instructions on how to cook it. It is very easy to clean. It is large for the counters, but well worth the loss of space. However, what I do is put a large cutting board over my stovetop and place the Ninaji on there to cook. It works like a charm. I LOVE Ninja products hands down. The Speedi, however, is my favorite so far. It's "fries" pork chops like no tomorrow. I'm totally mistified by how this thing works. You put your starch or veggies in the bottom and your protein on top. The crisper tray has holes all over in it so the air can flow freely. I used bone-in pork chops (which had a good rim of fat around the edge) and was concerned about the fat dripping into my rice on the bottom and making it too greasy. That never happened. Don't ask me how because I have no clue. My rice was perfect and fluffy and NOT greasy and the pork chops were fantastic. Maybe the grease went to little grease trap heaven. All I know is it wasn't in my rice. If you don't have one you're missing out. Entire meals done in 30 minutes. I love it. It didn't come with a manual and recipe book but I went online and easily downloaded the pdf. It has a dedicated website where you can build your own recipes. Just choose your protein, starch, seasonings, and so forth and it will give you a full recipe. Great for when you aren't sure what to cook. This thing is fantastic and the price was rock bottom when I bought it. If I could manage it I would give them as gifts. The seller delivered early too and that's always a plus. Works amazing options the size is more than I expected is extremely use and does not break down for the money you get a lot. My kids can use it without assistance. I have had this since 2022 and it's still my favorite and easiest way to cook. It's so convenient to put meat or potatoes whatever and walk away and stir here and then when needed. So I am already a big Ninja fan. I have the 8qt 9 in 1 Foodi, the Flip Air Fryer oven, Duo coffee pot, a few pots and pans, and a blender that I love and are all Ninja. So I am always eager to add to my collection. I wanted the Speedi because it’s a little less cumbersome than the Foodi and it has the rapid cooker feature. I’m always trying to think of ways to help myself out in the kitchen. I saw the Speedi advertised on an Instagram ad for this sale price and I just about flipped! Of course that was a no brainer for me. Well I have to say, it’s my my favorite right now! I have had it a week and I’ve made multiple dinners and breakfasts in it already! It’s easy and fun! I actually made burgers and fries the first night. I didn’t take a pic, but those were the best burgers I think I’ve ever made! I cooked them on rapid cook steak/crisp and they were AMAZING!
