This Combi is 10 in 1, so it's missing Toast, Broil, Proof and Sous vide. But you can use Pizza function which is close to Toast, and Airfry at 450 for Broil function. The main 'miracle' aspect of Combi cooking is having both steam cooking and air fry heat for crisping items, so that you could make a meal of grains/ pasta along with grilled protein cook same time. This item should cost less than 14 in 1, so it may be worthwhile if you're considering Combi steam cooking but dont want to spend $$$. It's good quality build, and buying renewed, the machine appeared basically like new. The only issues I had was that I ended up returning it to get the fuller 14 in 1, and the vendor did accept my return but they were quite delayed in refunding my charge, but Amazon will cover the refunds if the 3rd party vendors are not refunding your correctly returned items. It arrived sooner than expected. It seems to be perfect. I've used it everyday since I got it. I had to return a Ninja Combi 14 - 1 because it malfunctioned and now that I hear this one operate I know it was never right It seems perfect. I've baked two small cakes and uised it everyday since it arrived. I'm grateful for the 90 waranty period but I don't anticipate any problems with this unit. Continuing this after more than a month's use. It's still working really well, I've hardly turned on my oven since I've had it. Today I baked a 1 1/2 pound meat loaf in it and in 42 minutes at 350 degrees it was perfect. I hope it continues to work this well. Read more

All I have in my space is an induction stove and this product. You can air-dry, bake, steam, broil, and combi cook. This is an upgrade to a ninja speedi. What makes this great is you can meal prep with it also. The functions are easy. It's not too loud and I love how you can open it like a microwave. My landlord may have dropped off a free brand new oven by surprise the same day my Ninja Combi order arrived in the mail so I tested them both and shockingly this air fryer is a power house I’ve baked homemade pizza in there using both at the same time and honestly love the taste in this air fryer more than my expensive new oven.
