I admit to being skeptical because I read negative reviews, but then it seems everything has negative reviews. I bought this to replace a toaster oven and XL basket air fryer that I gave away when I moved. The biggest thing is the noise. My old air fryer sounded like a 747 on the runway. I barely hear this one. I've use the Ninji to bake brownies and they came out perfect and were done when the timer went off. I've baked a 12 inch frozen pizza with no problem and again it came out just the way I wanted. Also used the air fryer for chicken and fish and it did just as well as my old air fryer. In addition it has an air fryer roast function, and will dehydrate, air fry broil, and has a keep warm function. Thus far cleaning is much easier than my old appliances. Before purchasing I spent hours researching and reading reviews. I like the size, the ease of operation, and the price. It appears to be well made and durable. I would recommend this product to anyone looking to buy an air fryer because you get so much more. I love cooking without all the grease and calories. Read more

I use it everyday. Much more efficient than an oven and does everything an oven can do and more. I dont think any the ovens in the places I've lived had ever quite cooked a pizza all the way through without some kind of comprise in time or temperature. This blasts a pizza through in less time and temperature than the boxes suggest. I've toasted all sorts of bread and bagels and they all come out way better than any toaster I've ever owned. The chicken and salmon I remember cooking in this came out excellent. All the frozen food I've used the airfrier to cook has come out perfectly. It's very easy to set the type of food, time and temperature. It takes next to no time to preheat so I don't bother waiting before putting food in there. The timer chimes are informative and pleasant sounding. One thing to point out is that I set temperatures about 25°f less than usual because it is so efficient compared to a regular oven. This was money well spent because I'm more likely to use this than a microwave so I'm saving some time while cooking more nutrious food that just tastes better. Read more

In love with this! Bought refurbished and have no issues. Pros: 1. Large enough for a pizza & can fit up to a 9x12 pan 2. Easy to use buttons, including pushing the round dial in to pause the timer 3. Preheats insanely fast 4. Healthier cooking & cooks evenly 5. No need to use my big oven for two people. Cons: 1. The air fryer pan can be difficult to clean with the holes in it but a good hard brush does the job. Read more

I gave this to my son for Christmas and he and his family love it! They bake their own bread and the slices were too big for a toaster. Plus they like how fast it heats up and they can cook chicken nuggets for their sons in no time. Sure beats heating up a big oven for a small amount of food. They also use it to heat up leftover pizza and cook fish fillets. It was the best present I could have given their active family! Read more

I've never purchased a refurbished appliance before until now. Except for a slight indentation on my Ninja Countertop oven, it is perfect. I'm still learning how to use the functions and so far everything is great. Read more

First off, I do like the size of this air fryer/oven combo. I think it does a decent job of air frying but I've only tried potatoes and bacon so far, so the verdict is still out. I'm not sure if this is common with this appliance, but there is a fair amount of heat/smoke/steam (not sure which) escaping while in use. So this is a little concerning. My other complaint is that there are a lot of parts and pieces to move about and clean...broiler tray to catch grease, a rack for toast, and the actual air fryer basket. The broiler pan must be used with the air fryer basket so that must be cleaned as well as the basket. You have to have a place to put the toaster rack while using other features. You also cannot remove the air fryer basket without taking out the broiler pan, or else drippings will go everywhere...all very awkward because everything is HOT. All these parts have to come out the front of the appliance, so you have to have space to maneuver all these things, i.e., a place to set them down while hot. One last negative is that I learned the hard way that one cannot close the door with anything but the handle, or else you'll get burnt. I'm a quick study, but I've still accidentally done it a few times. All in all, I'm not sure I'll keep this appliance, mainly because of the smoking which concerns me. Mine was a refurbished product which could be the reason for the steam/smoke, but it really was brand new when it arrived, so not sure what refurbished really means. My old air fryer had a basket that you pulled out, and cleanup was very easy, but it did not hold as much as this model does. Not sure where I go from here, but thought I should share my thoughts so far in case it helps someone else. Read more
