I often do not like wearing a bra, but I don't always want my nips to show either. These are a great solution in that they create a smooth appearance under t-shirts and dresses. They are very sticky and go on easily and I couldn't even feel them after several hours of wear. They are also easy to rinse off and the box they come in makes for easy storage.
