So, maybe it's user error, I have not used products like this for this particular area unless you count a breast pump and one flimsy thing that broke before it even got used. I will admit my nipples are a bit shy sometimes but they are growers not showers. So they do exist. However, I could not get this to "clamp", I did manage to get it to stay on, and put my bra over it to hold it in place. It is definitely tricky. I think the flaw is that the product itself is too thick, if it were thinner I believe it would be much simpler, and maybe textured inside because it is silicone I think and that's just made to slip right off. BUT, after some fiddling and putting my bra carefully over it to keep it in position, it does work. I can't speak for whether the vibrations are weak as I did not find that issue myself, maybe they are. 3 of the modes worked pretty well for me once I actually got both to stay on. So, if you're willing to take some time to learn how to make it work for you, I think it's worth the price. I am sure there are better products out there but I doubt they'd be in this price range. Let me start by saying how beautiful these are. They are small, round, soft and velvet-like texture. They are easy to use, easy to put on and take off and have a good vibration and strength to them. They are light weight as well. When I put them on, they were not heavy and did not hang or weight down at all. I was able to clamp them on and they did not fall off (sitting up and laying down). The clamp is also covered with the soft, velvet-like texture and is very gentle on your nipples. You can also adjust the clamp to your desired degree of open or closure. They were a little louder than I anticipated and I was surprised at their loudness. But that could be masked as well, I guess. All of that being said, I was not a fan of them. Maybe because my nipples aren't what they used to be, maybe because I don't usually like these things....I was not a fan (for myself).
